Emily Machocho is Country Director for Impact Water Kenya, leading strategy, partnerships, and operations to bring safe drinking water to schools across the country. With over 15 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors, Emily has designed and implemented large-scale WASH programs, working closely with government institutions, donors, and civil society partners to influence policy and embed sustainable water and sanitation frameworks.

Before joining Impact Water, Emily held senior roles at Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP) and worked with World Food Programme and World Vision in refugee and food security programs. She holds a BA in Sociology from Moi University..
