Laure de Margerie currently serves as Chief Development Officer at Impact Water, leading the organization's fundraising and partnerships strategy. She previously held the position of Global Operations Director, where she supported operations across Impact Water's three countries, building systems for scale, setting the field team strategy and performance management, as well as leading on key product innovation initiatives.

Before joining Impact Water, Laure spent six years at One Acre Fund, working in operational and impact roles across Burundi and Zambia. She then worked in impact investing at British International Investment following her MBA in the UK in 2022.
